How many hours can a battery run my home during a power cut?

The backup time depends on the battery size and the appliances you use. A 10 kWh battery may run essential items, such as lights, fans, a refrigerator, and WiFi, for around 8–12 hours. A full-home setup with air conditioning may require 15–20 kWh or more.

Can a battery be added to my current solar system?

Yes, but we must check the system first. SolisStorage IntelliHome works with a suitable Solis hybrid inverter. Huawei LUNA2000 is designed to work with compatible Huawei SUN2000 inverters.

What warranty comes with the batteries?

Our current residential SolisStorage IntelliHome and Huawei LUNA2000 systems include warranty coverage for up to 10 years. Final coverage depends on the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
